Overview of the C-3-1 Visa
C-3-1 비자 개요
- Maximum stay: Up to 90 days

- Visa validity: 3 months from the date of issuance

The visa must be used within three months from the date of issuance. If the holder does not enter Korea within this validity period, the visa becomes invalid.
비자는 발급일로부터 3개월 이내에 사용해야 하며, 이 기간 내에 입국하지 않으면 비자는 무효가 됩니다.
Once the visa holder enters Korea, they may stay for the period granted by immigration authorities.
입국 후에는 출입국 심사 시 허가된 체류기간 동안 한국에 체류할 수 있습니다.

Visa Processing Time

For standard short-term visit visas (under 90 days), the processing time is approximately 12–15 business days.

In humanitarian cases such as attending a family funeral, the processing time may be shortened to 1–2 business days.
가족 장례식 참석 등 인도적 사유가 있는 경우 약 1~2 영업일로 단축될 수 있습니다.
For visiting a critically ill family member, processing may be reduced to approximately 5–7 business days.
위중한 가족 방문의 경우 약 5~7 영업일로 단축될 수 있습니다.
